Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.
6. Returns, Replacement & Claims
Since we manufacture customized bags, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
In case of damaged, incorrect, or defective products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.
If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution. Our liability is strictly limited to product replacement only.
